These Subscription and Refund Terms explain how subscription services are offered in the Pulsoro — Heart Rate Monitor application, how users can purchase, manage, and cancel subscriptions, as well as how refund requests are handled.
2. Trial Period
We may offer a free or paid (for a small fee) trial subscription.
Unless you cancel the trial at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically renew and your payment method will be charged the price indicated on the payment screen for the selected subscription period.
3. Discounts
From time to time, we may offer discounts on subscription plans. After the discount period ends, the subscription will automatically renew at the full standard price, unless canceled prior to renewal.
We may also provide one-time discounts for active subscriptions. Once the discounted period ends, the regular subscription price will apply.
4. Payment
Subscription payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You gain access to the Service by selecting a subscription plan, confirming the purchase, and completing payment using the available payment methods. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the chosen billing period.
To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of the selected billing period (weekly, monthly, 3-month, 6-month, annual, or other available options) unless canceled before renewal.
6. Subscription Cancellation
Unless you cancel your subscription, you will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle according to your subscription terms.
Important: Uninstalling the application does not cancel your subscription.

6.2 Apple Devices
1Open Settings and tap your Apple ID.
2Select Subscriptions.
3Choose the subscription you want to cancel.
4Tap Cancel Subscription at least 24 hours before end of period.
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated in this Policy. A Money-Back Guarantee may be available if you comply with these Terms. This guarantee does not apply in cases of:
Personal reasons (e.g., dissatisfaction, unmet expectations)
Financial reasons (e.g., misunderstanding of trial conversion, automatic renewal, or charges)
7.2 Money-Back Guarantee Conditions
You may be eligible for a refund if the Service did not provide recognizable results, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
You contact us within 30 days of the initial purchase and before the end of the active subscription period
You used the Service for at least 6 consecutive days within the first 30 days (monthly or longer plans), or at least 4 consecutive days within the first 7 days (weekly plans)
You may be asked to confirm usage by providing reasonable evidence such as screenshots of active usage or core feature history
Each request is reviewed individually and approval is not guaranteed. Requests must be sent from the email used to log in to the app, and must include the reason and any supporting information.
8. Refund Rights Under Applicable Laws
🇪🇺 European Union
EU residents generally have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days. This right does not apply if the service has begun with your prior explicit consent and you acknowledged that starting the service results in loss of the withdrawal right.
🇺🇸 United States — California
California residents may request refunds in accordance with applicable state laws and the policies of the payment provider.
🇺🇸 United States — Texas
Texas law does not require a specific refund period. Refund requests are reviewed under this Policy and applicable legal requirements.
🇬🇧 United Kingdom
UK residents may cancel a digital purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days, unless the service has already been provided with consent.
🇨🇦 Canada (Ontario & Quebec)
Residents may be entitled to refunds under applicable provincial consumer protection laws, typically within 30 days of purchase.
